A Guided Imagery Meditation

I have been enjoying and benefiting from my work with Crystal Honeycutt, a Naturopath and Herbalist, over the last several years. I am happy to say she has at last recorded a guided imagery meditation on YouTube, so I can now share a little of my experience with you.  In addition, she is hosting a series of classes via Skype that I highly recommend to any of  you who are interested in getting a little bit better acquainted with your authentic self.
