Holistic Detoxification Process w/ Crystal Honeycutt

March 31, 2014

If you’ve been following along with me on my wellness journey on, I’ve just posted a video blog from my friend and guide Crystal Honeycutt that explains a bit about the process of holistic detoxification.

Marvelous, Dorothy. I just rewarded myself with a few blocks of dark chocolate after finishing a blog post and then I saw the headline on your post today. I assume that is forbidden in the detoxification process. (Grin!)

About the video, It started to play but I didn’t hear any sound. It may be a problem with the original video file or just a quirk of my computer. I thought you would like to know.

Last week Crystal gave me back apples and dark chocolate! The next time I was at the market I picked up some of those little squares of super good dark chocolate that keep by the counter. I don’t remember the brand but they are wonderful! Not too sweet and very yummy. I don’t know what they put in Hershey’s Bars, but they taste like plastic to me. It took me a few days to work up the courage to have one and I gave 2 to my husband, but I finally did and it was perfect!

The video is working fine for me, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I have not heard from anyone else, but I will check it out. Thanks for letting me know!

Today I clicked on the link and could hear the audio. I’m not sure what made the difference, but it looks like it’s working fine right now. Thanks for the inspiration and encouragement toward healthy living, Dorothy.
